Privacy Notice

Effective September 2, 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how Flowchain handles personal information when you use our website, Flowchain Account, paid subscriptions, and agentic workflow products.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Flowchain, we may process:

  • account information such as your name, email address, authentication provider, and session/security metadata;
  • customer and workspace information used to connect an account to a Flowchain product or subscription;
  • billing references such as Paddle customer, transaction, subscription, and price identifiers;
  • workflow configuration such as source URLs, monitoring goals, schedules, and product settings;
  • service logs and operational records needed for security, troubleshooting, delivery verification, and abuse prevention;
  • messages, feedback, and support information that you choose to send us.

2. Payment information

Paddle processes payment details for Flowchain purchases as merchant of record. Flowchain does not need to store your full payment-card number. We receive billing and subscription information from Paddle that is necessary to provide paid access, reconcile subscription state, and support customer billing workflows.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Flowchain services, authenticate accounts, operate configured workflows, process subscription entitlements, send service communications, investigate failures or abuse, improve product quality, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Workflow and public-source data

Flowchain Scout and related products may retrieve information from public or customer-authorized sources. That material is processed to detect changes, prepare reports, or perform the workflow you requested. You are responsible for ensuring that sources you provide may lawfully be monitored or processed for your intended use.

5. Service providers

We may use service providers for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, authentication, AI/model execution, and other infrastructure needed to operate Flowchain. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role and handle it under their own contractual and legal obligations.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and billing records, resolve disputes, satisfy legal or accounting requirements, and preserve workflow evidence. Retention periods may differ by data category.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational controls intended to protect account, billing, and workflow information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so we also design critical product actions around bounded permissions, verification, and fail-closed behavior.

8. Your choices

You may manage your Flowchain Account and billing relationship through the controls made available in the product. Depending on applicable law and your location, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other treatment of personal information.

9. International processing

Flowchain and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you are located. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for cross-border processing.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as Flowchain products, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
