Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Flowchain products, websites, accounts, subscriptions, and related agentic workflow services. By using a Flowchain service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. Flowchain services

Flowchain provides productized agentic workflows that may research public sources, monitor selected websites, prepare reports, and perform other configured workflow steps. Specific capabilities, limits, schedules, and human approval points depend on the product and plan you use.

2. Accounts and authorized use

You are responsible for maintaining control of your Flowchain Account and for ensuring that information you provide is accurate. You may use Flowchain only for lawful purposes and only for sources, systems, and workflows you are authorized to access or monitor.

You must not use Flowchain to violate another party's rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, conduct unlawful surveillance, or instruct the service to perform unlawful activity.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid Flowchain services may be offered as recurring subscriptions. The price, billing interval, taxes, and next charge date are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for supported purchases.

Recurring subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown by Paddle until canceled. You can use the billing-management link provided through your Flowchain Account or Paddle communications to manage payment methods and subscription status.

4. Early access and product changes

Some Flowchain products may be labeled pilot, beta, or early access. These services may change as we learn from real usage. We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, while preserving paid access or providing an appropriate billing remedy when required by applicable law.

5. Customer inputs and third-party sources

You retain responsibility for the URLs, instructions, materials, and other inputs you provide. Flowchain may retrieve or process information from public or authorized third-party sources as part of a configured workflow. Third-party websites and services remain governed by their own terms and availability.

6. Generated output and decisions

Flowchain may use automated systems and AI models to prepare research, summaries, recommendations, and workflow actions. Outputs can contain errors or become outdated. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and applying appropriate human judgment before relying on them for material business, legal, financial, medical, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

7. Availability and security

We work to operate Flowchain reliably and securely, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, source changes, abuse prevention, or security incidents may temporarily affect a workflow.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when required for nonpayment, security, abuse prevention, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms. Billing state and service entitlement are handled according to the subscription lifecycle and applicable law.

9. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, the checkout terms shown by Paddle, and applicable law.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Notice.

11. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowchain services are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every workflow, source, model, or third-party integration will always be accurate or available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products, legal obligations, or commercial practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate Flowchain channel when required.
